Supporting Vulnerable Residents

Alexandra Agudelo, our Area Housing Manager in Myatts Field North, has launched a new initiative with her team to provide additional support to the most vulnerable residents living here.

The first project undertaken by the team was to help a very vulnerable resident to clean and tidy their flat. Alex and her team – Saheed Maja (Housing Manager) and Daniel Rivenell (Customer Services Officer) – donned their best CSI gear and took some time out from the office to remove a build-up of rubbish that the tenant couldn’t deal with themselves, removing several bags from the flat and carrying out a general clean to make the home fully habitable once more. Alex said “Housing Management is about making a real difference to our residents lives and helping our tenant to tidy his flat did just that – the team got a real sense of satisfaction out of doing this and was a brilliant team building exercise. We are looking forward to identifying and carrying out our next project”.
